Completed all requirements for the coveted Eagle Rank in Boy Scouts of America. Raised $1335 dollars in fundraising.
Constructed an 8x8x2 ft cabinet for the SCV Food Pantry which took 5 days and required 230+ volunteer hours.

Biked 15 miles in Calico, ~100 degree weather

USACO Silver Rank
Ranked silver in the USA Computing Olympiad, cleared the bronze exam with a score of 780/1000.
Problem format is 3 problems/4 hours with 15-20 test cases per problem.
Very comfortable with programming structures in Python.

Cleared the Entry and Associate level certifications for Python programmer provided by the Python institute.
Concepts range from basic syntax to OOP/polymorphism, file I/O, datetime modules, lambda functions, iterators, and more. Self-studied and
cleared both entry and associate levels with 100% and 94%, respectively.

West Ranch AMC First Place
Finished first in my school on the AMC math competition tests two years in a row. Very comfortable with math and problem solving techniques.
Self-studied out-of school curricula including algebra, combinatorics, and advanced geometry.

Won first place at the West Ranch math open 2 years in a row, problems topics range from algebra to early calculus. Received the highest score out
20 students on 2 occasions.

Learned about AI through an intense 2-week summer camp and led a group to build an AI model for class objects from self-driving car video. Used various
technologies including Yolov3, matplotlib, pandas, tensorflow, pytorch, and more. Created a presentation regarding our model, evaluted
by an audience panel. Learned about basic neural networks, CNNs, and multi-layer CNNS. Code is on github page; had to modify from Inspirit AI's original to make it compatible on laptops.

Completed a 2 year career development pathway for Cybersecurity. Had active labs in skills including Cisco Packet tracer,
virtual machines, and encryption. Learned python and frameworks for data science including Pandas, matplotlib, and scikitlearn;
created presentations and data reports. Learned basic AI models including language models, minimax/alpha-beta pruning, and made
bots in tic-tac-toe and connect 4 from scratch.

Practiced karate for over 9 years, reached 2nd degree black belt rank after a one-month summer bootcamp and an intense 2 day
testing session. Tested on 100+ different karate techniques and partook in 2v1 sparring and pummeling, along with a difficult physical
conditioning test (3 miles, 75 pushups/situps/squat-jumps/leg-lifts/jumping-jacks). Developed and performed my own form, memorized 50 moves.

3rd place Triple Jumper in F/S Regional Champs
Have done track for over 3 years, won 3rd place in F/S triple jump in LA County Championships. Mark was 34' 5".

Completed the Kumon math program in 6th grade. Topics went up to entry level calculus, linear algebra, and statistics.
